Gaius is not afraid of putting his ManCat status in jeopardy by playing with anything pink. Though he might be a little put out if I mentioned that the only color that was available on his litter box upgrade was… Jelly Pink with a frosted white snap on railing. We were in a hurry and in dire need of a big-boy litter box, but all they had at PetSmart were those giant bathtub types. We felt kind of bad, but he doesn’t seem to mind pink too much. He doesn’t let it get in the way of his ManCatliness.
—CONTEST NEWS!
The first bit of new deals with the Upcoming Contest. Gaius has given the Paw Up to leak a little more details for those with questions. The Contest will be open to all animals, he does not discriminate against hoof, feather or woofie and we want this to be fun for all the pets out there and those who love them.
—COOL BEAN NEWS!
As you might already know, Gaius the Cat’s Beans are professional Photographers. Snapping pictures all day long is what they do to keep the little furball in kibble and nip. Well, his Mom-Bean Kelly is excited to announce that she is currently doing the Food Styling and Photography for a cookbook!
The cookbook is being written by Lisa Lillien creator of the fabulous Hungry Girl website and will be released by St Martin’s Press in Spring 2008. So chances are Gaius might miss a day or two since he needs Mom-Bean Kelly’s fingers to dictate his adventures to the blogosphere and she will be busy in the studio. In the meantime, if you want you should head over to Hungry Girl and check it out. It’s a place packed with food information made for people who like food. And you should try out some of the flavor packed, decadent and guilt free recipes they are as awesome as the woman who created them!
We would tell you more about the book, but we have to keep a tight lid on things until it is released. So keep your eyes peeled here for more upcoming information on this project.
